Shipping is free anywhere in North America! I use
USPS Priority mail for domestic continental addresses, standard airmail for most
others.
Orders are processed immediately and sent out
approximately 2 weeks after cleared payments. This may be
longer during the busier holiday season, but don't worry, I'll let you know
what the status is in your purchase confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation
email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
PLEASE NOTE that I do not have
control over your package once it has been picked up by USPS. Priority
mail has an average delivery time of 3 business days, but this is in no way
guaranteed by me or USPS. Please visit the
USPS website for more information. During the winter holidays,
packages can often take up to 2 weeks for delivery, even with the Priority
status.
International orders ship via standard air mail. Time estimates and prices vary according to
destinations. I do charge shipping for orders sent outside North America,
please contact me if you would like a quote.
Payments are processed by
PayPal.
You can choose to pay using your credit card, debit card, PayPal balance or bank account
(I personally do not see any of your financial information, everything is
processed by PayPal's secure site). I do also accept checks and money orders, please
email me for payment address.
All personal information is kept strictly confidential
and never shared with
outside sources.
Sorry, I'm not offering gift certificates at this time.
I do offer free strap alteration, which includes:
- lengthening or shortening shoulder or stroller
straps
- changing the style (standard to convertible or vice
versa)
- adding a cross strap
- lengthening or shortening the closure buckles
- replacing hardware
Send your questions or request to
info@constructionforall.com and I will be happy to let you know what I can
do, how long it might take, and where to send your bag.
If you receive something that won't work out for you,
fashionably or functionally, just notify me by email within 5 days of receiving
the item. I will let you know where to send your return. Please post
mark it within 10 days of my response.
I will issue your refund in the same form as the
payment, and within one week of receiving the returned merchandise (in unused
condition only please).
For cancellations please allow up to one week for your
refund to be processed. Paypal refunds may incur standard Paypal fees.

I always try to respond within 24 hours to emails, so if you
haven't heard from me by then, please check your spam or bulk folders!
Often just adding me to your address book will fix the problem. I never
ever send out mass emails or give your info to anyone else.
Emails do occasionally go missing in action, so if
you're getting anxious please don't hesitate to email me again.
The convertible
strap system consists of a removable shoulder strap and two smaller
stroller straps.
1. Unclip the shoulder strap.
2. Pull out the smaller attached stroller straps.
3. Clip the stroller straps into the buckles, forming loops.
4. Use the loops to hang the bag from stroller handles. For bar style handles,
simply clip the loops around the bar.
A very
useful attachment for strollers without large storage spaces, for longer
outings, or just to give your shoulders a break!

Mass production kind of takes the fun out of it all.
